A re-assessment of where we have reached on your rehab plan.
Outcome measures will be assessed and any necessary changes made.
Cancellation Policy
Assessment appointments are paid for in advance.
Follow up appointments are paid for on the day/after via paylink,
I do not charge for cancellations or moving appointments. People don't miss appointments on purpose. But obviously I appreciate as much notice as possible if an appointment needs cancelling or moving.
