Cancellation Policy

Assessment appointments are paid for in advance. Follow up appointments are paid for on the day/after via paylink, I do not charge for cancellations or moving appointments. People don't miss appointments on purpose. But obviously I appreciate as much notice as possible if an appointment needs cancelling or moving.
