Cancellation Policy

Assessment appointments are paid for in advance. If you are a member of staff wishing to apply the relevant discount please email me with the appointment time you wish and I will apply the discount for you. Follow up appointments are paid for on the day/after via paylink, I do not charge for cancellations or moving appointments. People don't miss appointments on purpose. But obviously I appreciate as much notice as possible if an appointment needs cancelling or moving.
