Process Remote Assessment
Service Description
A comprehensive, on-line, assessment focussing on your current issue, whilst accounting for all aspects of lifestyle and goals. Anyone who has been treated by me knows I gain the vast majority of my clinical information from interviewing the patient and building a full picture of their history and recent activity. This is the true key to unlocking why issues arise and a vital first step in the patient's journey to becoming aware and educated about how to manage their condition. As I naturally work in this way, rather than encouraging dependence on manual therapy, remote appointments work well. I have always strived to keep follow up appointments to a minimum. Patients are given exercise progressions and education on how to manage potential issues and empowers them to take back control. All treatments can be adapted to what you have available at home. You will be given a full understanding of your issues and clarity as to how we are going to work together address them. They can also be booked anytime we are both free. 60 minutes
Cancellation Policy
This is a 3 month (12 weeks) plan priced at £100 per 4 weeks. If you commit to this you are agreeing to the full 12 weeks and payment thereof. This payment will be taken after each individual appointment. This is not an unusual amount of time for a lot of rehabilitations. If we decide Climb For Life is for you it is highly unlikely your rehab will take less time than this due to the nature of injury level Climb For Life is designed for. If rehab extends beyond this a reduced rate of £70 for 4 weeks will be offered, but still with the higher level of support Climb for Life provides beyond the standard Process service.
