A comprehensive assessment focussing on your current issue, whilst accounting for all aspects of lifestyle and goals. I gain the vast majority of my clinical information from interviewing the patient and building a full picture of their history and recent activity. This is the true key to unlocking why issues arise and a vital first step in the patient's journey to becoming aware and educated about how to manage their condition. I have always strived to keep follow up appointments to a minimum. Patients are given exercise progressions and education on how to manage potential issues and empowers them to take back control. All treatments can be adapted to what you have available at home. You will be given a full understanding of your issues and clarity as to how we are going to work together address them. 60 minutes
